In terms of the display, the Mi 9 has a 5.97-inch, Super AMOLED and Full High Definition Plus screen with a resolution of 2340 by 1080 pixels which equals to 423 pixels per inch. On the other hand, the Mi 9 SE has a 6.39-inch, Full High Definition Plus, Super AMOLED screen with a resolution of 2248 by 1080 pixel which equals to 402 pixels per inch. So no matter you are browsing the web, watching YouTube or Netflix, playing Fortnite, you’ll feel more immersive with the larger screen of the Mi 9 SE.

Performance-wise, the Mi 9 has a SnapDragon 712 processor, 6 gigabytes of RAM, a single-core score of 1925 and a multi-core score of 4077 on Geekbench. On the contrary, the Mi 9 SE has a SnapDragon 855 processor, 8 gigabytes of RAM, a single-core score of 3015 and a multi-core score of 10957 on Geekbench. For the camera, the Mi 9 and Mi 9 SE both has three cameras: a regular lens, a telephoto lens, and an ultra-wide lens. However, the Mi 9 SE has a 48-megapixel regular lens, 12-megapixel telephoto lens, and an 18-megapixel ultra-wide lens while the Mi 9 has a 34-megapixel regular lens, a 10-megapixel telephoto lens, and a 20-megapixel ultra-wide lens.
